Banana Molar Biscuits
1.
Crush a ripe banana with a spoon and mix the egg yolks thoroughly.
2.
Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a dough. This process does not need to add additional water, because the egg yolk and banana are both watery, and the molar biscuits must be hard, otherwise not only will it not be effective in grinding the teeth, the baby may also bite and swallow it by mistake, and it will be bad if the throat is stuck.
3.
The kneaded dough looks like this. Wrap it with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes. The dough should be hard.
4.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a piece of about 0.5cm thick, press it out with an abrasive tool, and place it on a baking tray. Preheat the oven, heat up and down at 170 degrees, bake for 30 minutes, then turn to 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes to color. After baking, be sure to put it in the oven to cool before taking it out. The hardness of the biscuits will not come out until they are completely cooled. If you find that the biscuits are hard on the outside but soft like a baguette on the inside, it means that they have not been baked properly. Use a small fire to continue baking for a few minutes
5.
The baked biscuits must be hard. Adults have to use a little force to break them, so that the baby can rest assured.
Tips:
The baby loves to chew, and soon a layer of the biscuits will be rubbed off by her.
