Prepare the ingredients

Cut banana into pieces for later use

Take out the flying cake crust, cut it into the largest rectangle, and then cut it in half

Cut the other half of the crust with a knife without cutting it, buckle it on the crust in the previous step, use a fork to press the pattern around to make the crust fit, and preheat the oven at 180 degrees

Put it in a baking tray and brush the surface with egg wash

Put it into the second floor of the oven, fire up and down, 180 degrees, 25 minutes
Tips:
This recipe uses Midea's 32L oven. There are two models to choose from: T7-L325D and T7-L325E.
