Mini Banana Pie
1.
Sprinkle flour on the surface of the pie crust and let it thaw naturally until the crust becomes soft.
2.
Cover the pie crust on the heart-shaped pie pan, press the crust tightly with the mold, and remove the excess crust.
3.
Cut the banana into pieces, add whipped cream, and use a food processor to make a paste.
4.
Add coconut and egg mixture, and mix well.
5.
Fill the pie crust with the filling, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
6.
Dice half a banana, add sugar, heat until the topping becomes sticky, and pour it on top of the baked pie. Squeeze the chocolate sauce on the surface.
Tips:
1. Be sure to sprinkle more flour on the fly cake crust, otherwise it will stick very badly after thawing.
2. The banana itself is very sweet, and there is sugar in the topping, so there is no need to add additional sugar in the filling.
3. This amount can make two mini heart-shaped pies and one mini round pies.
