When I used to work, the closest Chinese restaurant to the company was Northwest Restaurant. The taste was not authentic, but it tasted good. When I meet my colleagues for dinner, I must order a dish called Bang Bang Chicken Shredded. I'm not working now, and I won't go to the CBD specifically to eat a good meal. So I made it myself when I wanted to eat it. The taste may be different from that of the Northwest restaurant, but the taste is not bad, so I want to share it with you.

6. Cut 1 cucumber into shreds. We often eat small strips of Lebanese cucumbers with thick skins. I miss the prickly cucumbers in China very much, they are fresh and tender.

One chicken can feed 3 meals for a family of four. 1 meal with chicken breast, 1 meal with chicken thigh, and 1 meal with chicken wings and leftover parts. Of course, I don’t want to eat the same for 3 meals. You can add chicken broth to make a shredded chicken noodle soup.
