Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
Slice ginger, cut chives into sections, wash pork, and set aside barbecued pork sauce
2.
Put the pork in a basin and add 35 grams of char siu sauce
3.
Add the sliced ginger and green onion, and grab it with your hands
4.
In order to make it easier to take out and turn, I directly put the pot in a fresh-keeping bag and let it stand for 24 hours (due to the cold weather and low temperature, I left it at room temperature for 24 hours and turned it three times in the middle)
5.
Take out the marinated pork and put it on the drying rack to drain the surface water (some water will be marinated during the marinating process)
6.
3:1 amount of honey and boiling water and mix thoroughly
7.
Smear a layer of honey
8.
The oven is preheated at 200 degrees for 10 minutes and changed to 190 degrees. The upper and lower tubes heat up and bake for 20 minutes (I also swept the honey water in the middle)
9.
After roasting for 20 minutes, take out and turn it over and sweep a layer of honey water, and roast for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
10.
After the second 20 minutes, take it out and turn it over and sweep a layer of honey water, put it in the oven and change it to 200 degrees and bake it for 10-15 minutes. After baking, take it out and sweep the honey water again.
