Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Cut the pork leg into 1cm thick slices and put them in a bowl

Add salt, cooking wine, garlic powder, barbecued pork sauce, and pepper to the bowl in turn, stir well, and marinate for 6 hours

Put the meat slices on the top of the roasting pan, then put it in the microwave and heat it on high heat for 5 minutes

Take it out and turn it over, put it in the microwave again, and heat it on high heat for 15 minutes

Take out the meat slices and apply a layer of honey on top of the meat slices

Put it in the microwave and heat it on medium heat for 5 minutes

Take out and turn it over, spread a layer of honey on the top layer of the meat, and finally put it in the microwave and heat it for 10 minutes on medium heat
8.
Take out the slices and start eating
