Barley, Yam, Millet Congee

Prepare barley kernels.

Wash the barley kernels and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.

Wash the yam and prepare the millet.
4.
Peel and wash the yam.
5.
Cut the yam into hob pieces.

Put the cut yam into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Pour the barley kernels together with the water in which the barley kernels are soaked into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot of the rice cooker into the rice cooker, turn on the power, and select the one-hour porridge cooker.
9.
After 30 minutes, wash the millet and put it into the pot.
10.
It can be served when cooked.
Tips:
1. Barley kernels will cook faster after soaking.
2. Millet is easy to cook, so you don't need to soak it in advance and put it into the pot later.
3. Don't choose crispy yam for porridge yam.
