Basa Fish in Tomato Puree

Prepare ingredients: a pangasius, a large tomato, some cabbage, dried tofu, and a small amount of tomato sauce. Both cabbage and dried tofu are side dishes, so you can match them as you like~

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, you can cut them into smaller pieces, as they will be used to fry the soup in a while.

Slice the Chinese cabbage and shred the dried tofu.

Slice the fish.

Tips:
1. Don't cook the fish fillets for too long, so as not to affect the taste if they become old.
2, less oil, too much oil will reduce the refreshing feeling.
