Finely soak dried flower mushrooms, wash and mince lean meat, mince ginger and green onions.

Tips:
1: For the seasoning of fish-flavored sauce, add more vinegar if you like sour, or add more sugar if you like sweet.
2: Soybean paste and light soy sauce have a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt to avoid excessive saltiness.
3: The water used to soak the mushrooms can replace the clear water in the fish-flavored juice. This is what the elves do.
