Bawang Supermarket丨fried Fresh Mushrooms with Sausage

First prepare our Horqin 100% pure beef sausage. If it is frozen, it is best to thaw it at room temperature.

Remove the stems of the fresh mushrooms and scald them with hot water.

Shred carrots and mince garlic cloves.

Heat the pan with no water and oil.

Tips:
1. Water starch collection is to facilitate the lock in water and the taste. If you don't like the thicker feeling, you can ignore it.
2. Fresh mushrooms are easy to cook. Sausages can be added directly after a simple stir-frying, and they can be fully cooked in a few minutes without the need to stir-fry for too long.
