Bayberry Apple Cider Vinegar
1.
Osmanthus sugar can increase the fragrance. Use white granulated sugar to speed up the dissolution. The use of single crystal rock sugar is what others said.
2.
Soak the bayberry in salt water to wash it, and automatically ignore the smelly foot underneath.
3.
Bottle with a layer of apples, a layer of sugar, and a layer of bayberry. The bottle should be water- and oil-free.
4.
Pour the vinegar into the bottle and spread it over the contents.
