Bayberry Ice Cream
1.
Bayberry is cleaned;
2.
Soak the bayberry in salt water for 30 minutes;
3.
Cut the bayberry meat, marinate it with fine sugar for 15 minutes, and let it out.
4.
Put the marinated bayberry meat in a frying pan, boil on high heat, change the heat to the lowest heat and simmer slowly until it is sticky, let the bayberry sauce cool and prepare.
5.
Drain the bright yogurt water (it takes about a few hours, can be filtered in advance), mix well with the bayberry sauce, pour it into an ice cream mold, freeze and serve as an ice cream.
Tips:
If the yogurt is not drained of water, it will have the taste of ice residue. After the water is drained, the taste will be more delicate. You can also mix in some cooked glutinous rice flour.
