Bayberry Jam

Fresh bayberry.

Wash the bayberry and soak it in light salt water for 15 minutes.

The bayberry is chopped and cored.

Add white sugar and marinate for half an hour, the bayberry will stain a lot of water.

Put it in the rice cooker and press the steam/cook button, and let it boil slowly.

When boiling, prepare the bottle for storage, choose a suitable glass bottle, wash it, and boil it in the pot for 10 minutes, remove the water and let it cool.

Add the lemon juice and stir it several times with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pan. Cook until the juice is thick and turn off the heat.

It can be bottled when it cools slightly and put in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. It can be used as a side meal when eating toast and yogurt. The taste is super good.
2. Choose bayberry with more fresh flesh and put it in the refrigerator after making it, but it can't be stored for a long time.
