Bayberry Juice

Prepare fresh bayberry.

Wash the bayberry twice, soak it in light salt water for half an hour, and then wash it again with running water.

Put water and appropriate amount of rock sugar in the pot.

Bring the water to a boil on a high fire and boil the rock sugar.

Put in bayberry.

After the water is boiled again, change to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while, filter out the bayberry juice and drink it, put it in the refrigerator and then drink it for a better taste.
Tips:
1. The cooked bayberry juice will taste better after being refrigerated for several hours.
2. After the bayberry juice is filtered, the bayberry in the pot can still be eaten, but the flavor is already very weak.
