Bayberry Soup

Wash the fresh bayberry and put it in a soup pot, add water to the bayberry

Bring to a boil and add a small handful of rock sugar (depending on personal taste, prefer sweeter ones), simmer for 15 minutes and turn off the heat

The soup is separated out to cool, put in the refrigerator, take out when drinking, can add ice cubes and mint leaves, the taste is more refreshing.
Tips:
Boiled bayberry can be mixed with sugar, and it is excellent to eat hot and iced.
