Bayberry Wine

After soaking bayberry in salt water for 15 minutes, wash it off with water

Weigh 100 grams of rock sugar for use

Liquor made from pure grains with a fragrance of about 45°

Place the washed bayberry on the drying rack to dry naturally

Put the dried bayberry gently into the glass container in turn

Place one layer of bayberry and one layer of rock candy in the order

Pour the white wine into the glass container with the bayberry and rock sugar. The white wine should be 1-2 cm thicker than the bayberry.

Then tighten the lid tightly and place it in a cool and ventilated place

Shake the bottle every three days, and you can drink after 15-25 days of brewing
