Bayberry Wine
1.
You have to choose fresh and delicious bayberry to make the wine taste good
2.
Rinse the bayberry with clear water and then soak it in light salt water for about 10 minutes, so that it can be sterilized, and if there are small bugs in the bayberry, it can also be soaked.
3.
Put the washed bayberry on a mesh sieve to dry the water, the main thing is that the washing water must be thoroughly dried
4.
Then find a suitable sealable container, either ceramic or glass, but don’t use plastic. Place a layer of bayberry and a layer of rock candy.
5.
Add wine to submerge bayberry
6.
I found that the container was small, so I replaced it with a larger one so that it could submerge the bayberry, and then sealed and protected from light.
7.
There are also 2 bottles in the bottle. This is what it looks like after 2 days of soaking, the color is still lighter
8.
This is how it looks after 20 days. Not only the color is good, but the wine tastes great too.
Tips:
1. Bayberry is prone to insects, so it should be soaked in light salt water.
2. The type of wine can be selected according to your preference, about 50 degrees is fine.
