Bayberry Wine

Fresh bayberry plucked

Soak in warm water

Then drain the bayberry

Wash the soaked wine jar, dry it, and blow it with a hair dryer

Pour the bayberry into the jar

Then add crushed rock sugar

Pour in the white wine, if it’s not the bayberry

Then seal the inner lid of the jar

Then close the outer cover tightly

Store in a cool place, you can enjoy bayberry wine in about a month
