Bayberry Yogurt Popsicles

Put bayberry water and bayberry in a pot, add glutinous rice flour and water to make a very thin water

Pour the adjusted glutinous rice flour water and 25 grams of sugar into the pot, cook while stirring over a low fire, intensively bubbling in small bubbles, turn off the heat, let cool and set aside

After cooling completely, put one bayberry in each mold, pour the boiled bayberry water to 2/3 of the mold, and put it in the freezer for about 40 minutes

Put the remaining sugar in the yogurt, stir evenly, pour it into the mold, then close the lid, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 4 hours, then it can be demoulded
