When I was preparing to make salty glutinous rice balls, my daughter said that she would eat sweet ones, and there was some bean paste left at home, so she made a few bean paste glutinous rice balls.
I rub the noodles with cold water. (The ratio can refer to my hometown salty glutinous rice dumplings.) It is only suitable for fresh-cooking, not suitable for freezing, and it is easy to crack. "

Bean Paste Gnocchi

1. The red bean paste is rolled into 5 g balls and frozen to harden.

2. Roll the three-color dough into a strip.

3. Screw it together.

4. Divide into 12 portions (15 g/piece)

5. Roll into a ball.

6. Take one, press a nest with your fingers, and put it in the frozen bean paste.

7. Close your mouth and roll it into a ball.

8. Bring the water to a boil.

9. Add glutinous rice balls and cook until they float, and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.

10. In another small pot, put 2 tablespoons of ginger sugar (the ginger sugar is homemade, please refer to my recipe for homemade sugar ginger and ginger sugar.), and about 2 bowls of water.

11. Bring to a boil and the sugar melts.

12. Put the glutinous rice balls in a bowl and add ginger sugar water.
