Bean Sprouts Braised Meatballs

Mince green onions, cut dried chilies into sections, and shred carrots.

Sauce: 2 spoons of seafood soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of Thai sweet chili sauce, 1 spoon of sand tea sauce, and mix well.

Put water in the pot. After the water is boiled, add a little white pepper and salt, add the meatballs and boil until soft, remove them, and put out a small bowl of soup for later use.

Blanch the bean sprouts with the remaining soup, remove them from the dead, cool and control the water.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, chili, and carrot to fragrant.

Tips:
There are many types of meatballs sold in supermarkets. Fish balls and meatballs can be mixed and have a richer taste. The sauce can be according to your preference.
