Beautiful and Nourishing Purple Sweet Potato Yam Oatmeal Smoothie (drink)

Wash and peel the purple potato yam, cut into small pieces, and steam it in a pot. Soak the instant oatmeal in about 100ml of boiling hot water until the purple potato yam is fully cooked. Pure milk is soaked and warmed with hot boiled water with packaging.

When the water is fully absorbed, the oatmeal is already fat, and the oatmeal tastes smoother. Take two pieces of purple sweet potato and one piece of yam, add about 50 grams of milk, and beat evenly with a cooking cup to produce lavender.

Spread the oatmeal in two cups on the bottom. Use the purple potato mash from the previous step to wipe the wall of the cup. The remaining purple potato mash is beaten with the purple potato yam and 200ml of milk. The mashed purple potato mash is slowly poured into the oatmeal cups that have been spread before.

Tips:
The yam is made of iron rod yam, which tastes sweet and glutinous. The milk can be pure milk. Remember not to use milk with a lot of ingredients (this can be seen on the ingredient side). Spoon when drinking
