Beef Dried Shrimp Seaweed Soup
1.
Let the shrimp dry overnight;
2.
Don’t pour the water that has been soaked in the dried shrimp. It will be used to make soup later. Put the water that has been soaked in the dried shrimp on the stove, and add about 2 cups of water. The heat is medium to slow. If you don’t want to make a film, please tear up all of them to get a better taste. Boil the water until the shrimp is dry and taste;
3.
Soak seaweed, wash and drain;
4.
Pickled beef with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch;
5.
Turn back and wait to boil the shrimp soup until it turns white;
6.
Pour in seaweed; stir with a spoon and cook for 6-8 minutes;
7.
Pour the beef, do not pour it in a lump, spread it into the soup, taste it, add about 2/3 teaspoon of salt, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and boil for about 2 minutes;
8.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle in chopped green onion, and add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
Tips:
1. Don't waste the water used for soaking shrimp, it is very fresh when used to make the soup;
2. The beef does not need to be boiled for too long, otherwise there will be a sense of firewood;
3. It is not recommended to put chicken essence or monosodium glutamate, the soup itself is already delicious enough.
