Beef Egg Fort

Knead the dough with a bread machine to make three hamburger embryos (the other three small toasts are nuts).

Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes and cool.

The bread you bake is actually very soft and delicious when it is warm. If you eat it the next day, please cool it and store it in a fresh-keeping bag or fresh-keeping box (do not refrigerate!).

Stir-fried shredded radish and shiitake mushrooms are added to the beef noodle filling, add seasonings and mix well.

Make three patties, freeze them and shape them (used the next day).

Tips:
Because there is no starch in the beef patties, it is easier to shape after being frozen. It does not need to be thawed during frying. You can fry it directly, and you can cover it to make it well cooked.
