Pork Burger
1.
Wash the pork and cut it into slices
2.
The sliced pork is chopped into minced meat (you can also directly use the cooking machine to minced minced meat, which is faster and more convenient)
3.
Add an egg white and soy sauce to the minced meat
4.
Add salt, cornstarch and pepper
5.
Stir and marinate for a while
6.
Prepare other ingredients, slice the tomato, wash the lettuce and leave only the green leaves (actually, I used 3 eggs, and I put one less when I took the picture.)
7.
Put on disposable gloves, divide the marinated pork into 6 equal parts, knead and squash it (or knead it and squeeze it with a spatula)
8.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot to heat
9.
Put the divided pork into a frying pan, flatten it, and fry it slowly
10.
After frying on one side, turn to the other side and fry slowly. The whole process will be ready in about 5 minutes.
11.
The eggs are also fried one by one, sprinkle a little salt, and set aside
12.
Cut the hamburger in half crosswise
13.
Layer the lettuce, fried pork, tomato and egg one by one, cover the hamburger embryo, and fix it with a toothpick.
14.
It’s very convenient and quick to make it for breakfast.
15.
16.
Finished picture (the slices are the sweet potato fries that were baked the night before. After putting it for one night, the taste of the next day is really super delicious!!! For the recipe, you can search for my recipe "Milk-flavored sweet fries")
Tips:
1. When making minced meat, it is best to stir the minced pork vigorously, and the taste will be better;
2. The minced meat can also be marinated in the refrigerator the night before, and just take it out the next morning and fry it in a pan;
3. The filling of the burger can also be changed into your favorite ingredients at will.
