Prepare the noodles; I am homemade stick noodles!

Prepare minced beef, mince all ginger, jing wa, and garlic for later use. Of course, there are soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, fine sugar, white pepper and sesame oil!

Cut cucumbers and carrots into thin strips for later use;

Mix soy bean paste and sweet noodle paste, pour in an appropriate amount of clear water, and mix well for later use;

Pour vegetable oil into the wok and heat it up. Pour more oil or the sauce will make it easy to stick to the pot. Pour the minced garlic over medium and low heat and sauté until fragrant. Put more minced garlic!

Pour in chopped green onion and minced ginger and sauté until fragrant;

Pour the minced meat and stir fry to change the color;

Pour the cooking wine and stir fry evenly;

Top with shredded carrots and cucumbers, pour 2 tablespoons of beef fried sauce, and add a little pepper and sesame oil at the end;

Tips:
1) For noodles, it is best to choose medium thick round stick noodles, so that it is chewy with fried sauce. 2) When frying the sauce, add a little more oil to avoid sticking to the pan when frying the sauce. 3) Because garlic is more flavorful, garlic must be indispensable.
