Ingredients

Cold Noodles with Garlic and Sesame Sauce

1. Add two large cloves of garlic to the garlic and pound it with salt. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot. After frying 8 peppercorns on low heat, simmer the garlic in hot oil and mix the garlic and oil evenly.

2. The ratio of tahini to water is 1:1.5. The water temperature is just right, and cold water should not be melted. At the beginning, first scoop a spoonful of warm water to dissolve, stir the spoon in one direction until it becomes thick, then add a small amount of water, and continue to stir until the sesame sauce becomes the consistency you like.

3. After the pot is boiling, add an appropriate amount of homemade noodles. The noodles should not be boiled softly.

4. Spread the cooked noodles quickly into the prepared cold boiling water, and use a colander to control the water.

5. Stir the hot garlic paste into the noodles to prevent the noodles from sticking.

6. Take a cucumber and rub it into filaments around the noodles

7. Pour the mixed sesame sauce on the noodles and mix well when eating.

8. The delicious cold noodles with garlic and sesame sauce is ready.
