Beef Kimchi Green Pepper Pizza

Spread a little olive oil on the pizza pan, spread it evenly, put the hand cake on the pizza pan, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Dice the onion and the garlic into cubes.

Heat a wok on a low heat, add butter, melted, add onion, garlic, and herbs, and stir fry.

Add tomato sauce, stir-fry, add salt, sugar, and vinegar, stir-fry into thick pizza sauce and serve.

Wash the green pepper, scrape off the internal tendons, and dice.

Dice the yellow radish kimchi.

Spoon two tablespoons of pizza sauce on the hand cake, use a brush to spread evenly, put most of the beef cubes, and sprinkle with 50 grams of cheese.

Enlarge part of the kimchi and sprinkle with 30 grams of cheese. Enlarge part of the green pepper and sprinkle with 30 grams of cheese.

Finally, put the remaining beef cubes, kimchi, and green peppers on the surface, and then sprinkle with 30 grams of cheese.

Send the pizza to the middle layer of the oven preheated to 170 degrees, and fire up and down for 15 minutes.

When roasting for 10 minutes, take out and sprinkle with 30g cheese, continue to send into the oven, roast until the end of the program.

Adjust the oven temperature to 200 degrees, move the pizza to the upper layer, bake for about 5 minutes, and take it out after the surface is colored.
Tips:
1. The temperature and time of the oven should be adjusted according to the temperament of your own oven. I use a Pacui PE5359WT oven.
2. I use a 9-inch open-bottom pizza pan. If the hand cake is not placed at room temperature, press it directly into the pan, it will be easy to fold, and the edge can be pressed into the pan after it becomes soft after standing.
