Beef Spine Soup

The spine of the sirloin is passed through the water first to get rid of most of the blood. And put it in the pressure cooker.

A pinch of salt

A pinch of five spice powder

Add bay leaves and dried chilies
5.
Electric pressure cooker bone soup function. 30 minutes.

After cooking, take out the beef spine
7.
Put some more soup in a bowl~ it's delicious and ready.
Tips:
The extra soup can be used for noodles, boiled cabbage, and hot pot.
