Beef Stir-fry

Prepare the ingredients, cut the green onion, ginger and garlic, cut the beef into strips, and cut the green and red peppers into pieces.

Pour oil in a pot and turn on a low fire. Add the pepper to fragrant when the oil is 70% hot, and then remove it, leaving only the oily part.

Add the beef and fry it over high heat.

Add light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.

Pour in the green and red peppers and fry them until they are dead, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cumin powder and stir evenly.

Eat on a plate.
Tips:
The amount of salt is added according to your taste.
You can also add your favorite flavors such as dried chili and sesame seeds.
