Beer Apple Ring
1.
Wash the apple, peel it, slice it with a knife, remove the core, and trim it into a ring shape.
2.
Pat on a layer of dried starch and set aside.
3.
Put flour and dry starch in a bowl, add a small amount of water to make a thick paste.
4.
Pour the egg liquid into the prepared batter, add 30 grams of beer and stir well.
5.
Add oil to the pan to heat up, dip the apple rings into the paste, and fry them in the pan until golden brown and remove them.
6.
Spread the jam and put it on the plate.
Tips:
The ratio of flour to starch paste is about 2:l. If the oil temperature is too low, the oil in the apple ring is higher.
