Beer Finger Snail

Raise the snails with clear water and spit the sand one night in advance, then use scissors to cut the bottom and clean the spare pot with oil, add the bean paste and saute until fragrant, add minced ginger, garlic, bay leaves, star anise and pepper

Add snails and stir fry, pour in cooking wine and add dried chili

Pour in beer, add salt, cook until the moisture is dry, and then take it out
Tips:
1. Cut the bottom of the snails for easy taste
2. Using beer to stew is good for removing fishy and tastes better.
