I learnt from the pickling method of capers, and used natural fermentation to pickle some tart lentils. You can cook different flavors of dishes according to your own preferences. Today is a delicious dish cooked with red and green peppers as ingredients, so the name is 【Colorful Peppers and Sour Lentils】.

Bell Peppers and Sour Lentils

1. Main ingredients: Sour lentils, tenderloin, red and green peppers, green onions.

2. Slice the tenderloin.
Add cooking wine, marinate in a little salt for 5 minutes, then add water and starch to make evenly sizing.

3. Dice the pepper.

4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, add the diced chili and stir fry.

5. Add the pulped meat slices and stir-fry on low heat until the meat slices change color.
Cook the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

6. Boil a small amount of water.
Add tamarind beans.

7. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, add salt to taste.

8. Add MSG for freshness, then turn off the heat.
Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

To cook such dishes as scallops, you must make them thoroughly cooked before they can be eaten.
