Bell Peppers and Sour Lentils

Main ingredients: Sour lentils, tenderloin, red and green peppers, green onions.

Slice the tenderloin.
Add cooking wine, marinate in a little salt for 5 minutes, then add water and starch to make evenly sizing.

Dice the pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, add the diced chili and stir fry.

Add the pulped meat slices and stir-fry on low heat until the meat slices change color.
Cook the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Boil a small amount of water.
Add tamarind beans.

Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, add salt to taste.

Add MSG for freshness, then turn off the heat.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
To cook such dishes as scallops, you must make them thoroughly cooked before they can be eaten.
