Chopped Chili Sour Lentils

1. Ingredients: homemade chopped peppers, sour lentils.

2. Heat oil and sauté the chopped green onions.

3. Add chopped pepper and stir well.

4. Add the washed tart lentils and stir fry.

5. Add an appropriate amount of water.

6. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

7. Season with salt and monosodium glutamate, stir well and turn off the heat.

8. Take out the pan and serve.
