Big Bone Soup

Wash the tube bones, add water to the pot to boil, put the tube bones over the water, and remove the blood foam.

Add water, green onion, ginger, garlic, red dates and wolfberry to the casserole, boil it into the tube, and simmer until the meat is soft and rotten.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and season with a little salt.
