Yougan, the scientific name Yuganzi, is also aliased for Youganzi, Niuganzi, Houganzi, Yanggan, Huiganzi and so on. The ancient names are Ummole, Ummoluoka and Phyllanthus emblica. Yougan clears heat and cools blood, can digest and invigorate stomach, promote body fluid and relieve cough. In the autumn dry season, use oily sweet and abalone to cook the soup, tonic but not dry, the soup is delicious and slightly sweet, the abalone is sweet and refreshing.

Ingredients

Tangerine Abalone Soup

1. Wash the tangerines and cut the fruit with a knife.

2. The abalone is cleaned and the abalone flesh is beaten.

3. Rinse the abalone shells and clean the parasitic shells on the shells.

4. Cut off the tube bones and wash them.

5. Bring to a boil under cold water, take out the bones and set aside.

6. Boil water in a casserole and put the bones in the tube.

7. Put the abalone shell and boil on high heat.

8. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours.

9. Pour the cooked bone broth into another casserole.

10. Add oil tangerines and bring to a boil over high heat.

11. Add the abalone and cook for about 3 minutes, and the abalone is cooked through.

12. Season with salt and turn off the heat.

Tips:

Abalone, I chose 6 or 7 catties abalone. If the bone broth boiled out of the tube bones is too greasy, it can be cooled but scooped off the oil layer on the surface.
