Big White Sawdust Cup
1.
Crush the digestive biscuits for later use.
2.
Use an electric whisk to beat the whipped cream to 5 points (the lines appear), and then add condensed milk to beat to 8 points (the lines are obvious). Put the whipped cream in a piping bag.
3.
Arrange the wood bran cup and place a layer of biscuit crumbs underneath to flatten it.
4.
Squeeze another layer of cream, repeat the above steps until the cup is filled, and spread the cookie crumbs on the last layer and gently flatten it.
5.
Print a big white picture, cut it out, and put it on the cup. Sprinkle powdered sugar evenly with a flour sieve to create a white shape. Then use the melted dark chocolate to dot the big white eyes, and it's done. Finally put it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. If you feel that whipped cream is difficult to whip, you can beat it over ice water.
2. The authentic sawdust cups use Mary biscuits. I am lazy to use digestive biscuits instead because I don’t have these biscuits at home. If you want to get the best flavor, you should use the former. If you can’t buy it at a local supermarket, you can buy it online.
3. Eat after freezing for 2 hours or refrigerating for 4 hours, the taste is better.
4. If you like the taste of cocoa, you can sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder on it.
5. The difficulty in making this dessert is how to make the biscuit crumbs and cream layered beautifully. This is a lot of practice.
