Bird's Nest Pudding-amalee

1. Put the pre-soaked gelatine tablets in the pot first (the gelatin tablets need to be soaked in cold water before use)

2. Pour 300ml pure milk in the pot

3. Then add 50g sugar to the milk

4. Take four egg yolks

5. Add 150ml whipped cream to the egg yolk

7. Stir in the boiled hot milk

8. Pour a little caramel in the pudding mold

9. Then add bird's nest to the mold

10. Add 5g vanilla pods

11. Then put it in the fresh-keeping compartment of the refrigerator and freeze the caramel

12. After the caramel is frozen, add the pudding liquid

13. After sealing with tin foil

14. Wait for the water in the steamer to boil

15. Put the prepared pudding in the pot

16. Stew in water for 30 minutes

17. Put it in the refrigerator freezer again

Tips:

The time to boil the milk should not be too long for about 5 minutes.
