Bird's Nest with Honey and Red Dates

Soaked and cleaned bird's nest, red dates (cored), honey (natural without additives), Nongfu Spring mineral water

Soaking and washing: Soak the bird's nest in an appropriate amount of pure drinking water (cold water), wash it repeatedly, and pour out the water after about 3 hours.

Tear the silk: then add an appropriate amount of pure water, tear the bird’s nest along the texture of the silk, and pour out the water after washing

Add water: Put the bird's nest into the stewing pot, just add water just after the bird's nest. Put the stewing cup directly into the pot, and add water to the pot to half of the stew cup. (If you use the health pot, follow the instructions for the health pot) Stew in water: simmer for about 20 minutes, then add wolfberry and red dates, simmer for about 10 minutes, add rock sugar, take out and eat after 5 minutes.

Tips:
Suggestion 1. Use mineral water when soaking bird's nest and stewing bird's nest, because tap water contains bleaching powder, which will destroy the nutrients of bird's nest.
2. Don't cook the bird's nest for too long. If the bird's nest is simmered for too long, the bird's nest will easily melt into water and destroy the nutrients.
