Big Bone Soup
1.
Pork cavity bone 300g cold water into the pot, blanch the water to remove the smell

Add hot water to the pot and pour into the pork cavity bones

Add 2g red dates, 5g sliced ginger, 1 garlic clove, 5g green onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 dried chili, 150g corn, 2g vinegar, 3g salt
4.
Simmer for 2 hours and serve
