I wait until the bird’s nest is simmered before putting it in, then turn off the power, and stir it with chopsticks when it becomes stuffy. (Because stone bee candy (rock sugar) and bird's nest are stewed together, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of water in the bird's nest, so it is recommended to add it after stewing).
