Biscuits Gluten

Cut the gluten into small pieces, select the old roots from the black fungus, shred the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the red pepper into circles

Add peanut oil and cold oil, add pepper, star anise, ginger, and fry slowly for fragrant; add gluten cubes

Fry the gluten cubes on low heat until golden on all sides; add black fungus and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

Add rock sugar, oyster sauce, salt and stir fry evenly

Add a small bowl of water, bring to a boil on high heat; reduce the heat to a slow simmer to collect the juice, sprinkle in red pepper rings and stir well.
