Biscuits Tenderloin

Pour flour, yeast, sugar, water and edible oil into a basin, mix well, make a smooth dough by hand, and leave for about 40 minutes

Divide the made dough into 50g/piece of small dough, round it with one hand, press it into a dough and relax for 10 minutes

Heat up a pan on medium heat, put the loose noodles in one by one, wait for one side to be baked until golden brown, turn it over, and bake until golden brown.

Wash the tenderloin with clean water, cut into thin and uniform slices and put it in the container

Pour the barbecue sauce, use chopsticks to fully mix the barbecue sauce and tenderloin slices, marinate for 15-30 minutes (please put in the refrigerator when marinating overnight)

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan

After heating, put the marinated tenderloin slices in, turn over when the slices are discolored and there are no bloodshots

Continue to fry until the other side changes color and there is no bloodshot eyes at all.

Cut the baked biscotti from the middle with a knife

Put in the fried tenderloin slices and serve
Tips:
If you like to eat green vegetables, you can also add an appropriate amount of lettuce leaves; the sesame seed can be baked in advance, and when you eat it, just use a pan to heat it;
The tenderloin should be fried as much as possible, so that the texture is tender enough.
