Black Bun
1.
Prepare the ingredients and dissolve the yeast with warm water, pour the black noodles into the flour and stir well
2.
Pour the melted yeast into the flour and stir it, then pour in warm water a little bit. While pouring the water, stir the flour with chopsticks and knead the dough to form a dough for 15 minutes.
3.
Knead the dough again until it is smooth and cover with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place to ferment
4.
The surface of the fermented dough is sprinkled with black rice flour (white flour is not added, because I am afraid that the steamed buns will be used), add small soda, take out the dough and knead it again and again
5.
Cut the dough into two pieces and knead them into even strips
6.
Cut the noodles into uniform sizes. Take a noodles and place it on the palm of your left hand. Hold an empty fist in your right hand and knead the noodles in one direction to make a raw steamed bun.
7.
Follow the same method to make all the steamed buns, add water, put the raw steamed buns into the steamer, cover the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes. After the high heat is boiled, steam for 15 minutes at a timer, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Ready to cook
8.
Black noodle buns are out of the pot
Tips:
1. The black rice flour is relatively coarse, and the taste is not very good. Try to put as little as possible when steaming
2. Make it once in a while, it's not too delicious, and finally stir-fry the side dishes is also the best solution
