Black Chicken and Winter Melon Soup

Prepare the ingredients, peel the wax gourd, wash and slice, chop black-bone chicken into chunks, and slice ginger.

Add oil in a cold pan, stir fry the winter melon, black chicken, and ginger together.

Pour in pure water and cover the ingredients.
4.
Bring to a boil over high heat, while using a spatula to get the oil slick foam, cover the pot and turn to medium heat
5.
Fifteen minutes later, add table salt and it's out of the pot.
