Black Fish Tofu Soup

Remove the scales and viscera of the black fish, and make a few strokes on both sides of the fish.

Cut ginger into slices.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Cut coriander into pieces.

Heat the cold oil in the soup pot to the appropriate temperature.
