Nutritious and Delicious Black Fish Soup

The mullet is cleaned and cut into pieces to control the water, and the black clothes inside must be cleaned.

Wash the ginger and green onions and cut them. Soak the black fungus and rinse the hair for later use.

Heat a wok with a little corn oil and fry the fish cubes on low heat until lightly on both sides.

Tips:
1. Be sure to heat the pan with cold oil, so that the fried fish will not stick to the pan;
2. When frying fish, keep low heat to avoid frying;
3. The stewed fish soup will only turn white by heating the water. If you like milk flavor, add a little milk to stew, the fish soup will be thicker and more milky.
