Black Forest Cake

Add 30 grams of white sugar to the whipped cream just taken out of the refrigerator in two times, and beat with a whisk. Add two drops of vanilla extract.

Cut the cherries and go to Hu. Add sugar to the rum and soak the cherries in it. Soak for 20 minutes for full absorption.

Cut the sponge cake into 3 portions, sprinkle sugared rum on the bottom layer, and then smear a layer of freshly whipped cream. After that, put the soaked cherries on top of the cream. Do the same treatment for the middle layer, and then cover the top layer of sponge cake.

Smooth out the cream. Put the remaining cream into the flower mounter and squeeze the shape.

I use a paring knife to cut the chocolate chips little by little, but the technique is not good enough to cut very curly chocolate chips. It makes my hands sore... hey...
