Black Ice Cream

Melt 50 grams of cream cheese in insulated water.

Add 50 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of whipped cream and 20 grams of granulated sugar.

Continue to stir through the hot water until the chocolate is completely melted and removed.

Prepare the washed ice cream mold and insert the ice cream stick.

Pour the melted chocolate paste into the mold, cover and freeze for more than 4 hours.
6.
Finished product ~ One bite, it is super delicious with hard but soft.
Tips:
1. The chocolate I put is 70% dark chocolate. If you don't have cream cheese at home, don't let it go.
2. After making it, it must be frozen in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. I made it the night before and frozen it overnight. The taste is still without ice scum.
