Black Jelly

Black jelly in a bag, with a small package inside.

One small packet can be boiled twice, with two catties of water each time.

Take half of the packet and dissolve it with 200g of water.

Pour clear water into the pot and boil.

Sift the melted jelly to make sure there are no particles.

Sieve well, and slowly add boiling water after waiting for someone to open.

Add slowly and keep stirring.

Cook for three minutes after adding.

After being cooked, pass through a sieve while it is hot, and pour it into a heat-resistant container. (It's too hot and there is water vapor, so the shot is a bit hazy).

Cool to room temperature, then put it in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator for two hours.

Add sugar water or honey and stir and eat.

Tips:
Sifting can make the jelly dissolve completely without particles, and taste better.
